Hi, I'm Beth LaLone, Movement Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and founder of B STRONG Training Methods.

After years of navigating my own injuries, pain, and movement limitations, I became passionate about understanding how the body moves, compensates, and heals. What I discovered is that most people don't need more random workouts. They need a system.
