 B Strong Training Methods started in 2020, when the world shifted and I had to rethink what training could be. Coming from a boutique gym environment, I realized that crowded classes, cookie-cutter programs, and distractions don’t get real results. I turned my garage into a private training space, and from the very beginning, I focused on quality over quantity. Every client was vetted, every session intentional, and every goal treated as my own.

This is not a public gym. I work with a select number of clients at a time so I can give full attention, expert coaching, and individualized programs. All training is one-on-one, meaning your workouts are tailored to your body, your goals, and your performance. There are no cookie-cutter programs, every exercise, progression, and session is designed to get you stronger, safer, and more confident.

I built this private space intentionally to focus solely on your training and results. Whether your goal is strength, athletic performance, mobility, or overall health, I provide the guidance, accountability, and coaching to help you achieve it.
